Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please note that once your order is shipped, the liability for your package is between you and the carrier. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale & gift card purchases are final sale.

 

Refunds

We do not issue monetary refunds. All returns will be issued store credit within 5-10 business days after receipt of return and inspection of returned items.
